Tessie Quattlebaum is a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in executive healthcare
administration, including 11 years as a senior healthcare consultant. Her consulting role focuses on group practice and
Management Services Organization development, strategic planning, financial and operations
management, organizational systems and
information technology.
Ms. Quattlebaum has served as CEO, COO, Executive Director of healthcare organizations and lead consultant
on complex engagements that have drawn media attention. She is Board Certified in HealthCare Management through the American College
of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), serves in leadership positions influential to shaping policy, ethics, education and certification
for the profession and was a founding board member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants (NSCHBC) and
a member the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
Ms. Quattlebaum obtained dual bachelors degrees in Management and Marketing
at Georgia State University while graduating as a Faculty Scholar with high honors in the top 5% of her class across all of the University’s
academic disciplines; with MBA credits. She has been published in national healthcare media, led consulting workshops and been featured
as a faculty speaker for numerous national physician societies.
